Professor Habib Khan is the Dean of Graduate Programmes at ICM. Professor Khan earned his Masters and PhD degrees from Harvard University. He specialises in Management, Planning and GIS. Professor Habib Khan has taught at leading universities including Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, where he also led the summer programme for the MPA students. He is a pioneer in the use of GIS and MIS for effective decision making. Prof. Khan has worked and consulted for national governments and multinational organisations such as MIT, Microsoft, UNESCO, ADB, etc.
Ambassador & Professor Mile Vasic is an experienced executive manager with several decades of experience in managing different lucrative and non-lucrative systems. Known for his strategic and focused approach he has extensive experience in limiting risk, creating effective teams, managing people and processes, establishing creative strategies for optimizing internal operations and fostering employee satisfaction, financial returns, external customer service, and output.
Currently serving as the President of the European Marketing and Management Association, Professor Mile has served as the VC/Rector in two universities in Bosnia. He has also served as the ambassador of Bosnia. Dr. Mile Vasic is a specialist in HR, Leadership and Governance.
Professor Hatem El-Gohary, is Professor of Marketing at Birmingham City University, United Kingdom. He has more about three decades of experience. He has worked as the marketing director of a multinational company as well as a marketing consultant for a number of multinational companies. Prof. El-Gohary has published several books. He holds a PhD, MSc, MRes, PGDip, BSc as well as PGCHE. Professor El-Gohary is the editor in chief of the International Journal of Online Marketing (IJOM), an associate editor of The International Journal of Customer Relationship Marketing and Management (IJCRMM).
Dr. Tanja Sedej obtained a PhD in communications at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Maribor, Slovenia. Her passion represents sharing knowledge as an assistant professor. She appreciates when theory is linked to practice. She is also a co-founder and CEO of a digital marketing agency, We Explain. She has taken part in numerous research and consultancy digital marketing projects. Furthermore, she is a member of a digital marketing awards jury Web.si, a member of a marketing research centre of EUMMAS, and a member of the editorial board of the International Journal of Electronic Trade.
Professor Vlasios Sarantinos is an experienced academic in the field of Business and Management, combining both University and practitioner experience. He has been serving as a full-time Senior Lecturer in Bristol Business School since 2011 and has been involved in teaching and delivering courses since 2008, having taught at all levels and in a variety of topics, specifically focusing on HRM and Leadership. Alongside his scholarly and teaching interests, he is an active member of a number of professional bodies including the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the Australian HR institute (AHRI), the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), the Institute of Leadership and Management and the Royal Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce among others. The combination of currency between academia and industry helps to inform delivery with the most up-to-date developments and provide to the target audience the best insights available, helping not only to meet the learning objectives but also provide the basis for key skills development. His teaching philosophy is learner-centric, involving an understanding of the audience’s needs and tailoring the session to ensure that it is both engaging and meaningful, adding real value. Equally, he has significant experience working with diverse groups, thoroughly enjoying to engage with colleagues from different countries and leveraging this as part of the delivery.
Professor Sultan Chowdhury is the Associate Professor of Marketing at the University of Hull, United Kingdom. Prof. Sultan has taught at some of the leading business schools in the UK, including Bradford, York and Hull. He has extensive experience working with corporate clients, helping them to solve their marketing problems. Prof. Sultan has previously worked at the European Centre for TQM as well as the European Centre for Best Practice Management. He is a respected author, and has published several books. Prof. Sultan is often ranked among the best corporate trainers and faculty members.
Dr Achila Amarasinghe has extensive experience working with academia and industry to improve students’ and participants’ performance, knowledge and skills. His experience includes working as a conference director at the Centre for Innovations in Business and Management Practice and as a contributor to marketing programmes at the University of Northampton and London School of Business and Management. He was awarded the Best eLearning Practice Prize at the London School of Business and Management Teaching and Learning Conference consecutively from 2016 -2019. Dr Achila is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at New Castle University, United Kingdom.
Professor Imad Guenane, is an Assistant Professor at the University of Westminster, United Kingdom. Imad is an expert in International Marketing, Fashion Marketing and International Business Management. He has been training staff of multinational corporations in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. Among other programmes, Prof. Guenane has designed training programmes for marketing and management which include, fashion marketing strategy, branding, consumer behaviour in the fashion industry, customer retention and loyalty. Prof. Guenane, uses state of the art training techniques, which include business simulations, case study discussions, etc. He also has taught at both the undergraduate as well as the postgraduate levels (MBA and MA) in a number of universities across London, UK and Berlin, Germany.
Junada Sulillari is an experienced professional with 5 years of experience in teaching finance and accounting courses in higher education institutions, as well as 6 years of experience in finance and accounting roles in the private sector in Albania. She also gives her contribution in the academic field, by serving as an editorial team member, reviewer and member of the scientific committee in several scientific journals.
She is well known person for her dedication and passion about her work, she always work to extend her expertise in several areas of teaching, research as well as a finance/accounting professional. Currently she is also giving her contribution as a student mentor in some well known universities in UK.
She has pursued a bachelor’s degree of Finance and Accounting and a master of science degree of Finance as a gold medalist.

His thoughts, ideas and Customer Experience Management (CEM) models have transformed thinking in this space across the globe. He has worked as an award winning (Times Higher Education) Director of MBA Programmes at a top London University and serves on the management boards of companies across Europe, the US and the Middle East. Dr Osman Khan works with companies around the globe, from start-ups to Fortune 500 and FTSE 50 companies to improve their business performance, customer loyalty, customer experience management, and reassesses their strategic marketing goals. Dr Osman has taught at and trained faculty at some of the leading universities around the world including, Harvard and Bradford.
