General management MBA-equivalent depth at diploma stage: strategy, finance, marketing, operations, leadership, and evidence-based decision tools. Standard tuition £6,500; optional immersion £1,500 per module. Partner MBA completion stages are applied for separately.

Teaching pattern
- Weekly learning sequences: priming reading → applied task → live tutorial → draft submission window

Partner MBA completion
After diploma award, partners may credit exempt taught modules and require dissertation, integrated capstone, or residency blocks. You pay the partner directly for that stage; ICM progression staff provide checklist support only.
