Welcome the the European Professional Certification Agency’s (EPCA) new home.
As of December 1, 2020, The Institute of Customer Management has taken over the European Professional Certification Agency.
As strategic partners, we will be able to utilise the resources of the two organisations.
We are currently in the process of setting up the full accredited training’s web site.
