Anna Feldman is an academic and practitioner specialising in organisational behaviour, human resources, and operations management. Her professional career spans over a decade in operational, HR, and training management roles within private luxury healthcare and hospitality environments in Switzerland, where she developed deep expertise in service excellence, people management, and the design of high-quality organisational experiences.

Anna is currently completing a Doctorate in Education at SIMS, Zug, and holds an Executive MBA from GEM Grenoble. Her academic background also includes a BBA from AUS, La Tour-de-Peilz, a Swiss Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management from HIM Montreux, and professional qualifications in project management, psychology, training and HR management.
Her professional background includes senior training, operations and coordination roles across hospitality, wellness, clinical and service-led organisations in Switzerland. She has led guest experience staff training, supervised cross-functional teams, supported service delivery and operational excellence, coordinated organisational operations, and improved processes and workflows to support business growth.
Anna’s research interests focus on leadership, empowerment, psychological empowerment, service excellence and higher education. Her recent work includes studies on empowerment in the airline industry, transformational and transactional leadership, and psychological empowerment in higher education. She has presented research at international conferences and has work in press on empowerment and service excellence in the travel and tourism sector.
Alongside her academic and professional work, Anna is also active in community engagement. She currently serves as Head of the TEDx Zurich Events Management Stream and as Employee Committee President.
