Research foundations
The origins of ICM trace back to the establishment of the Centre for Innovations in Business and Management Practice (CIBMP), focusing on advancing research in business and management while exploring practical applications of academic knowledge.

Executive education & professional training
Building on its research foundation, the organisation expanded into executive education and professional training — delivering programmes to corporate organisations, industry professionals, and international participants. This phase provided deep insight into employer expectations and skills gaps.
