OVERVIEW
Effective leadership in organisations involves getting things done, and developing and managing motivated and high performing teams. This requires organisations to have effective team leaders who will, in turn, impart critical leadership skills into their team members who can lead their teams effectively even in the absence of the leaders. This is to enable organisations have sustained effective team, and ultimately organisational, performance.
