This is why some intelligent and technically skilled employees, with uncontrollable emotions, have problems managing others and collaborating with teams, and so perform poorly. It is imperative for leaders to have critical levels of emotional intelligence, for them to perform effectively. This course has been designed to assist leaders to increase their performances by improving the management of their emotions.
