The MBA is taught in two stages. In stage one, students will study 6 courses. These courses are not offered on campus like a traditional MBA, instead they are taught like training programmes in 1-week intensive blocks (e.g. Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:00). Students also have the option to study the courses online. The training courses are delivered in key cities around the globe such a Dubai, Kuala Lumpur, London, etc.

Students will study six courses, taught like training workshops in 5-star hotels around the world.

The courses are also validated by the Chartered Managment Institute (CMI) of the UK. Which means successful completion of these courses will get you a certificate in Transformational Leadership from the CMI.

Upon successful completion of the six courses, student will get a certificate from CMI.

The second stage of the MBA is taught directly by professors of the York St John Univeristy. In this stage, students will study Reseach Methodologies, and then will have an option to either do a Dissertation or a Transformational Leadership Project.

In the second stage students will do a research / project, supervised by a professor from York St. John.

For the second stage you will be assigned a supervisor by York St. John University. You will work under the guidance of the supervisor to complete either your dissertation or project. Upon successful completion of the second stage, you will be awarded an MBA degree from York St. John.

York St. John Univeristy is based in the city of York in England, UK. It was established in 1841.
