At the Customer Management Forum we connect organisations to leading thinkers in Customer Management, and showcase best practices in customer management.

As a member of the CMForum you will have an opportunity to participate in our monthly events, which will feature leading thinkers, trainers, consultants and researchers in diverse areas within customer management.

Organised every 4 to 6 weeks the CMForum meeting, will feature:

  • Talks by thought leaders;

You can join as an institutional member: Institutional members have access to all of the events throughout the year. Institutional members will be able to send up to three participants to each of our meetings free of cost. Additional members can attend at discounted rates. Institutional members will also have the opporunity to host and event, allowing them to show case their organisation.

You can also join as an individual member: Individual membership allows participants to attend all of the events free of cost, and will also be allowed to bring an additional guest at discounted rates. Individual members will have an opportunity to speak at our events and showcase the work they are doing within customer management.
