Eligibility*
SHRM-AP (Associate Professional):
-Less than bachelors degree, with min 3 years in HR. OR
-Bachelors in HR with at least 2 years in HR role OR
-Non-HR bachelors degree with 3 years in HR role. OR
-Masters degree in HR.
SHRM-SP (Senior Professional):
-Less than a bachelors degree with min 6 years in HR role. OR
-Bachelors in HR with 4 years in HR. OR
-Non HR bachelors degree with 5 years in HR. OR
-Masters degree in HR with 3 years in HR. OR
-Non-HR Masters degree with 4 years in HR role.

Lead Trainer
Dr Osman Khan, is a British global management expert. He has worked with companies like:

Dr Khan has a PhD from Bradford, and has taught at leading universities including Harvard. Dr Khan serves on the board of directors of several firms in the UK and Europe. He has won the prestigious Times Higher Education Award as well as the US Presidential Academic Award. Dr. Khan has also severed as a chair of judges, and member of judging panel on a number of awards in the UK and Europe.
Certification Process
The Institute of Customer Management is accredited by the European Marketing and Management Association (EUMMAS). EUMMAS is a group of leading business schools across Europe. Following the training, participants will be required to take an assessment. The assessment is a written applied report which will cover the key topics (listed above). Most candidates will apply these topics to their own organisation and will have 6 weeks after the training to complete the report.
Participants that pass the assessment will be issued a SHRM Certification. Those that fail the assessment, will have the opportunity to re-take the assessment at a later date (at no extra cost). The certificate will be verifiable by a unique code issued for each participant. The status of each participant will be verifiable online.
Investment
Cost of training: Training Only Cost is Euro 200 (Online) in groups or 20. We also offer customised training, where the trainer will offer personal (one-on-one) feedback to each participant. The personalised trainings can also be managed according to the time schedule of the individual participant. The cost for individualised training is Euro 790 per person.
Certification Exam fee: for training participants is Euro 180.
*For non-training participants, exam fee is Euro 280.
Due to limited space available, bookings will be taken on a first come first serve basis.
Locations
Trainings can be conducted online or in-house. In hosue training will require a minimum number of participants.
