The Post Graduate Diploma in Customer Experience Management is a unique programme, designed for individuals who wish to excel in designing, developing and implementing great experiences for their customers, employees, partners and stakeholders.

An overview of the programme

The Post Graduate Diploma in Customer Experience consists of six modules. Our modules are designed to give you the greatest knowledge in developing a rich understanding of customer experience. The modules are taught using the latest teaching and learning methodologies, similar to ones used at the world’s leading business schools. We use Case Studies, Multimedia based Computer Simulations, and Field Studies as three of our key learning methodologies. In addition the these, we also bring in guest speakers to supplement our discussions. Furthermore, we engage in field study tours to organisations to learn first hand how they have been designing and implementing exciting experiences.

A master’s level programme taught like corporate training

This programme is taught using one of the most unique and exciting delivery formats. While the programme is master’s level, the modules (or courses) are taught like a training programme. Our face-to-face modules are taught in different cities across the globe on a bi-monthly basis. Every two months, for one week, you will head to a city of global eminence, where you will not only get to meet with other participants from around the world, but also get to learn how the local economy has adopted to customer experience management. Some of the cities where our programme will be taught include: Berlin, Boston, Dubai, Kuala Lumpur, London, Los Angles, and Shanghai.

You can also chose to take some, or all of the modules online (at the moment, due to the Covid situation, most of our face-to-face modules will be delivered online). This means you can mix and match the modules. When your work allows (or the covid situation is better) you can join us on the face-to-face programmes. Alternatively you can continue taking the modules, which are taught online.

The post graduate programme can be completed in as little as one year. However, due to work and family commitments, we allow participants up to three years to complete the programme.
