The MBA in Transformational Leadership is a two part programme, delivered in partnership with the Chartered Management Institue (UK).
The Masters of Business Administration (MBA) has been designed to help you gain the skills, knowledge and experience you need to give yourself that competitive edge. The MBA will provide in-depth, specialist knowledge and mastery of techniques relevant to the study of opportunities and challenges of business management.
The traditional MBA provides a broad skillset that prepares business professionals for success in any industry at any time in their career. The programme curriculum builds a foundation of knowledge by completing a set of core courses in a year. This broader knowledge lays the groundwork for individuals looking to assume more responsibility in their current organization or to seek a new position with a different industry.
Key Features
Stage One of the MBA Programme is delivered in partnership with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) of the UK. During this stage students will study courses. The programme is not an on-campus programme, instead it is taught online or as training workshops.
Stage Two of the MBA Programmes is delivered directly by professors of York St. John Univeristy in the UK. During this stage students will work on an MBA Dissertation or a Leadership Project.
At the end of the two stages, students will receive both a Certificate from CMI in Transformational Leadership, as well as an MBA Degree from York St. John Univeristy.
