All papers are blind peer reviewed. However, we endeavor to get back to you in the shortest possible time frame. The conference works on a first come, first reserve basis. Once a paper has been submitted, it will be sent off to reviewers. If the paper passes the criteria for selection, i.e. it gets enough marks from the reviewers, a notification will be sent immediately. Hence, there is no need to wait for deadlines, and you as the author will get a reply in a short period of time, allowing you to make appropriate arrangements for your travel, grants, etc.
