The ICM Bachelors in Business & Management Degree in a British qualification which is taught using the latest digital teaching and learning methods. This is a three years qualification, taught some of the leading faculty. The degree is split into three key years. At the end of completing each year, students can receive a separate qualification (including a Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma). Upon successful completion of three years, students will be awarded a BSc (Hons) in Business & Management Degree.
The Bachelors in Business and Management give students the foundation in key area of business and management studies. Moreover these also provide students with the tools and knowledge required to be an effective manager.
In the first year students will develop an understanding of key concepts by studying subjects such as Accounting, Marketing, Economics, Management, Statistics, Corporate Social Responsibility, Leadership and Information Systems.
The second year builds on the concepts from the first and looks into depth at topics such as Organization Behavior, Human Resource Management, Consumer Behavior, Marketing Management, Managerial Accounting, Operations Management, Business Leadership and Economic Policy.
Finally the last year in Business and Management takes all of the concepts from the previous two years and looks at advanced business topics, which include Strategic Management, International Business, Services Marketing, Financial Management, Leadership Issues and Entrepreneurship.
Each of these three programs can be completed in one year each (or three years in total) if studying full time. Students also have the option to complete one program and then complete the rest of their studies in one of our partner universities.
Option to switch to a British University and study on campus
After completing 2 years of the programme, students have the option to transfer to a leading British University and complete the rest of the programme in person (depending on covid restrictions). At the moment, students can transfer their credit to the University of Teesside in England. Other universities will be added to our list of partner universities in the near future.
